“Safety Starts with Me” CHAMP Safety Habit Training, Train-the-Trainer - AM Session

This training is only open to CHA Patient Safety Organization Members.

CHA will continue to offer “Safety Starts with Me” CHAMP Safety Habit Training, Train-the-Trainer, a highly effective model CHA has utilized throughout its high reliability journey to disseminate HRO principles and behaviors throughout organizations.  The training is scripted, and requires a strong quality and safety advocate and enthusiastic participant, from support staff to managers and senior leaders, including the CEO, who is willing to train others within their organization.

Turbulent times call for responsive and adaptive healthcare leaders. Flexibility as leaders is as important as flexibility for our workforce. This session is focused on workforce (re)attraction and (re)engagement.  Responding and adapting to change, as new values and new employee expectations arise, requires a paradigm shift for leaders.
