»	3 HRO Patient Safety for the Labor and Birthing Unit 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM Location: Live Webinar, Presented at your Facility There is no fee for this event. This session will focus on high reliability for decreasing preventable adverse events in the labor and birthing setting. Attendees will learn about high reliability tools, behaviors, and practices that are specific to patient safety in their part of the organization. Please note: Continuing Education credits are only awarded to those who attend the live session, and not to those who only view the recording. This session is only offered to CHA HRO members. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations received ten business days prior to the program date will receive a full refund minus an administrative fee. After that time, you may send a substitute. There is no refund.
