The CHA Shared Services Program (CHA SSP) is a full-service regional Group Purchasing Organization (GPO) with members in Connecticut and throughout New England. CHA SSP provides members with access to contracts for various products and services at discounted prices through group buying power. Together with its partners, MAGNET and MedAssets, CHA SSP offers flexible access to a range of competitive agreements and programs. Each CHA SSP member receives a customized portfolio of committed and a-la-carte programs that deliver cost-effective results in pharmacy, laboratory, medical/surgical supplies, food service, radiology, facilities management, and capital equipment. The CHA Shared Services Program serves hospitals, long term care facilities, clinics, and physician groups as well as other healthcare and educational providers, and it offers a portfolio of over 350 contracts for various products and services in spending categories which include: Capital Equipment; Medical/Surgical; Laboratory; Food Services; Pharmacy; Radiology; Professional Services; and Facilities.
